Membership registration and administration

Given name and surname, email address, mobile and/or landline number, address (street, street number, city and postcode), date of birth, membership number, IBAN account number, SWIFT/BIC code, type of membership;⁣

If applicable: company details (company name, VAT number, company address);⁣

If applicable: details for checking whether a group discount applies (proof you are employed by a specific company or institution, such as a teacher’s, police officer’s or firefighter’s ID card); ⁣

 

Creating/logging into your online account  

Username, email address, password; ⁣


Visiting our website

IP address, location data, browser data, operating system, duration of visit, the pages you visit and links you click on, using cookies (please see our cookie policy);⁣


Completing online forms for applying for a day pass/membership     

Given name and surname, email address, telephone number, preferences (exercise, group lessons, personal training), address (street, street number, city and postcode), language, gender, student/non-student, previous Release membership, name of a colleague you know;⁣


(Open) application    

Email address, CV and covering letter as well as all personal details listed therein;⁣

 

Supply chain management    

Given name and surname, email address, address (street, street number, city and postcode), mobile number, landline number, IBAN account number, SWIFT/BIC code, VAT number;⁣

We also process all data you voluntarily transmit to us when, for example, you get in touch. ⁣



III.    Why are your personal data processed?⁣

We process the aforementioned personal data for the following reasons and on the stated legal basis:⁣

V.    How long do we keep your personal data?⁣
Your personal data are not retained for longer than is necessary. This means that your data shall be deleted from our files in accordance with the following retention periods:⁣

Data of members and suppliers | 7 years after the contract ends⁣

Data of unsuccessful applicants | 5 years after an application was submitted⁣

Contact details | 6 months after a contact request was completed⁣

Email address (for newsletters and notifications) | Until you revoke consent⁣

Data related to visiting our website | 6 months after you have visited our website⁣

Irrespective of the period for which we keep your personal data, we will delete your personal data if you explicitly request that we do so via the above contact details.⁣
