We process the following personal data for the named activities:
Membership registration and administration
First and last name, Email address, Mobile and/or landline number, Address (street, number, city, postal code), Date of birth, Membership number, IBAN account number, SWIFT/BIC code, Subscription formula,
Optional, only if applicable: Company details (company name, VAT number, company address), Proof of eligibility for discount (when you have a certain profession such as teacher, police officer or firefighter), Injury-related data voluntarily provided by you in the context of membership suspension

III. Why do we process your personal data?
We process personal data for the following purposes and legal bases:
Membership and supplier management (including online account management and communication regarding membership) | Legal basis: Performance of a contract

In our communication with you, we distinguish between the nature of the communication:
Membership-related communications (legal basis: performance of the contract): These communications concern matters directly related to your membership, such as contract amendments, price changes, house rules, changes in opening hours, and safety information. In short, information that every member must be informed about in the context of the membership.
Club-related updates (legal basis: consent): These communications inform you about news and activities within our clubs, primarily sports-related, if you have chosen to receive such updates.
Updates regarding activities and/or collaborations outside our clubs (legal basis: consent): These communications inform you about selected sport and non-sport related activities or partnerships that take place outside the club environment, if you have chosen to receive such updates.
IV. Do we share your personal data with third parties?
Where you have provided your prior explicit consent, where applicable;
Where we are legally required to disclose personal data, for example in the context of (the prevention of) fraud or abuse;
In the event of a full or partial transfer of our business activities to a third party;
Where we engage third-parties to carry out part of the data processing.
More specifically, your personal data is or may be shared with the following categories of third parties for the purposes indicated below:
Software providers: membership registration, application management, newsletters, invoicing, surveys
IT service providers: website, social media and application management
Hosting providers: hosting services
Accounting software/accountant: Invoicing
Your data is primarily processed within the European Economic Area (EEA). If personal data is transferred outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards are implemented, such as adequacy decisions or the use of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
V. How long do we keep your personal data?
Your personal data will not be retained longer than necessary. This means that your data will be deleted from our records in accordance with the retention periods set out below:
Member and supplier data: 10 years after termination of the agreement
Data of unsuccessful job applicants: 5 years after the application was submitted
Contact data: 6 months after the last contact
Email address (for newsletters and updates): Until your consent is withdrawn
Data relating to visits to our website and/or social media: 6 months after your visit
Irrespective of the above retention periods, we will also delete your personal data if you explicitly request us to do so via the contact details provided above, unless we are legally required to retain certain data.
VI. What are your rights?
You have several rights, which you may exercise by contacting us using the contact details provided above.
You have the right to:
Access the personal data concerning you that we process and, where applicable, request the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data, the deletion of your personal data, or – in certain cases– the restriction of processing or objection to processing.
The transfer of the personal data you have provided to us, either by providing it to you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, or request that we transmit those data directly to a third-party service provider designated by you.
